Suggested Recipe - Black Kuruvai Rice Dosa
- Wash & soak 2 cups black kuruvai rice for 12 hours
- Grind with 1 cup chopped coconut to make coarse batter
- Transfer batter to a bowl
- Add salt and little oil and mix well
- Make dosa in a tawa with this batter
