Suggested Recipe - Black Rice Idly/Dosa

  • Mix 2 cups black rice, 3/4 cup urad dal, 2 cup idly rice and handful of rice flakes (poha)
  • Soak the mixed ingredients for 6 hours
  • Grind well in a grinder and add salt as required
  • Transfer to a bowl and let it ferment for about 8 hours
  • Make dosa or idly with this batter
