Bliss Tree Classic Vanilla Millet Pancake & Waffle Mix makes light, fluffy pancakes with the gentle flavour of real vanilla — and a far better ingredient list than ordinary mixes. Whole grain and sprouted millet flours provide the base, coconut sugar replaces white sugar, and there is no wheat, no preservatives, and no additives.

Key Features:

No preservatives and no additives
Sweetened with coconut sugar — no white sugar
Contains sprouted grains; made with whole grain flours
Contains no wheat
Environment friendly packaging

How to use: Mix 1 cup (90g) of pancake mix with 1 egg or 2 tbsp melted butter and half a cup of milk into a smooth batter. Cook on a greased, medium-hot pan on both sides — whole grain flours take a little longer than refined flour. Serve warm with maple syrup or honey and fruit such as banana or strawberry. The same batter works in a waffle maker.

Ingredients: Whole grain flours (oats flour, sprouted sorghum flour, sprouted ragi flour, little millet flour), apple fruit powder, coconut jaggery, coconut milk powder, amaranth powder, chana dal powder, baking powder, dates powder, chia seeds, almond powder, tapioca powder, cranberries & vanilla powder.

Allergen Advice: Processed in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, peanuts, sesame seeds, and tree nuts.
