Ingredients: Chilli, Ginger, Coriander, Kasoori Methi, Cumin, Cinnamon, Onion, Star Anise, Cloves, Nutmeg, Corn Flour & Wheat Flour.
- Mix small chicken pieces with the required amount of Chicken-65 masala, along with some yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Add salt as required.
- Marinate the mixture for around an hour.
- Deep fry the chicken in cooking oil.
- The same masala can be used for cauliflower/mushroom.
